Responsible for the supervision of producing all catered events, ensuring quality, correctness and timeliness. Prepare for and conduct tastings and talk with clients. Assist in covering vacations for all kitchen positions. Take part in our Green Committee to improve property sustainability. Assist in the scheduling of staff for catering functions. Attend a variety of office functions and meetings, assist with the tracking of employee absenteeism/tardiness, ordering, HACCP forms and logs, prep sheets, as well as the renewal of our catering menu and new recipes.
Three years of past cooking experience in an up-scale environment is required. One year of prior supervision experience is preferred. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
